I don't want to think about what caused that crotch stain.

I imagine that the PC that rolls Deadman's Pants will also ignore the origin of the stains and instead focus on +2 Fortitude. In fact... perhaps the +2 Fortitude comes from courage to wear Deadman's Pants.
